Hello,
We had requested for a new airtel DTH multi connection a month ago through a dealer at Hennur Bangalore. Details provided were Bhargav Balla 9980148839. Arge Helios Apt B 1101. Bangalore 560077. There has been some goof up and one of the connection has been registered under someone else name in my same apt in A Block. After multiple calls customer service agent changed the name n ph no as mentioned above. And the other setup box is lying at my home and connection not provided. Airtel dealer does nor pick my calls and does not help me. Customer support is of no use. They say technician will come, they will arrange call back but nothing done. It has been a horrible experience for me just for TV connection. Attaching the setup boxes numbers and the dealer who is actually responsible for the goof up.
