Respected UPPCL Team,
I have applied for connection on 30/01/2022 and inspection was done on 8th feb. my application no. is 1012578268. I am waiting
from 23 days for proceesed my connection but its is on only 3rd=step. Need your support because i am not able to shift at my house because for electricity connection. Please do the needful i will thankful to you. I have raised a complaint on 12th feb on IGRS
portal after some days i Got the letter from Office Executive Engineer that the connection will be issue. After that I visited to Sub
Station Laulai Sub-Station Lucknow to meet the JE he told me that you will get a message for payment and once you have done your payment the team will contact you for meter,connection etc. Sir, At this time now i have not got any message/communication from Electricity Department.
Some day back i have connection with sub station they told me the connection is pending on Ex CN end at station Gomtinagar
Extension sec.4 Lucknow. Executive Engineer write the portal is not working.
Sir, how can this possible that portal is not working from last 15-20 days.
I am totally frustrated Sir.
Please please please do the needful.
