on 27th of April 2020 I have taken Airtel v Fiber net connection.. since from the day I have taken connection I am getting only 2 mbps speed and there is drop in network.. I am calling the field offer and service engineer but they are responding for my call ..
1st they received my call and when I told there is a network issue and for new connection they have given old router , field officer mentioned service person will come and resolve the issue after that call no one visitor to solve the problem afterwards they are not receiving my call
