Text of Complaint by Vishal Gour:

I registered for a new airtel broadband connection at gorakakhpur on 9th November and paid approx 3000/-

The application did not proceed further and now I have nothing in hand.

I wrote to the customer care and provided all the necessary details and now it’s been more than 10 days…I don’t have any clue will I be getting my money back.
