Hi sir,
After so many try to get the connection from jio fiber for my domestic use it’s not installed yet. Now I m tired and frustrated with casual attitude by this professional Indian company I want to bring your attention here . I had done chat message call mail field officer call last but not the least noodle officer as well.
Be no buddy is paying attention on my request. I can mange if jio was not served in my area but he is giving service to my neighbour also why not me.
His executive are making fool to me that they have only 8 port and all are full so can’t give you.
No official calls or emails are received yet need your support in this. If you want to try to feel just write a mail or try to call cc of jio. That did not work at all. Even his noodle officer also.
I can get another company also why he will not ? Why he can’t make it simple and approachable system so that any illiterate people also approach him.
You are a controller of all services proder so my grievance should be entertained on top priority.
