Dear Tata Sky,
Team it gives me a lot of grief to inform you that I had applied for Tata Sky & an very unprofessional installation executive (Mr Ravi Parmar) (Mob No-738925644) – visited my residence & completed the installation & demanded for cash payment to which I denied but he still insisted for cash payment only. But I was adamant to do a on line payment which I eventually did but he went away without comolcompl the installation or even informing us that when will our Tata sky connect will start to work. We have called the Tata sky call centre & Mr Ravi Parmar since last two .days multiple times but there has been no response from your team.
If the needful is not done within next 24 hours I will ensure to move to consumer forum.
