Text of Complaint by Prabhakar Mandal:

I have requested a new connection at Kolkata on 16th and made payment for 3 months in advance, for which the reference number is CAF_0331564183. Now its more than a week still there is no update and when trying to connect with Manager Anirban Roy mobile number 9748430799, he is not responding. I am suffering as I have to do work from home and Airtel is not efficient to cater new connection. If Airtel is not efficient to provide new connection then kindly return money with interest and plenty. This is seriously very sad. At the time of need Airtel is not performing.
