New connection – False commitment URGENT!!!!!!!

Text of Complaint by Sridhar:

Airtel came home and gave the commitment as free DTH and free broadband installation and equipment with one month complimentary. I gave all proof and booked in airtel as per our conversation on 13th december.

But still now i didnt get the connection and the connection is changed to some other customer and received message as follows. I want my connection as per your commitment.

“Dear Customer, the registered mobile no. 9659390257 has been changed to 9159520572 for your Airtel Digital TV ID 3042980978. For details, please call at 12150 or 044-44448080. Now use whatsapp with ease, click https://tinyurl.com/2ppjtv6z to get information on your account, recharge, pack & channels.”

Broad band team came and drilled in my house. Wall got damaged. I temporarily fixed with white cement as attached.

But still now i didnt get the DTH and broadband.

Why you send people for marketing if you can’t provide the scheme which is explained to customer? What the hell is happening in Airtel like branded company.
