Dear Sir,
For New connection informed customer care around 30 June 2020
afterdiscussion with them they told Normal Tata sky connection Rs1653/- for this 3 month subscription will be free
In between Thane dealer of Tata Sky Ghodbunder bunder Road 400607 Rakesh Technician -09322090905 connected late on 22July 2020 due to coronavirous lockdown problem No issue
But he did not tell us suddenly on 26th July 2020 with out allowing one month free subscription , message came Rs348/to be rechrage then next message Rs588/- one month +29 meter extra cable charge
And the Rakesh Technician not responding property ,Tata sky customer care complaint given they told complaint will resolved within in 72hrs , dealer technician not responding,
3 months Free subscription Is not their and even one month free subscription also not given by dealer and Tata sky and now TV Is not stopped by Tata sky people and we waiting to restart TV re-start
Such Tata sky Company is doing with customer that New then what would be bevahavier with old customers God knows
Now Tata Sky should discontinue Dealer service of Ghodbunder Road Thane West-400607 area as he is playing game with customer’s and we should get three months free subscription as per customer care people’s commitement
We hope you will give us justice to avoid future customer support from such companies and stopping services of fraud dealer of Tata sky with heavy fines
