Dear Airtel,
With great pain I have to tell the unprofessional way you have taken this case. I am a high end customer with more than six connections of Airtel products in my family.
WIth lot of expectations I had requested for an Airtel connection and I completed my documentation quickly. I was promised a connection within 1 day , and it was urgent for business purpose. I was allotted CAF 4627274
After making a payment of Rs 6006/ – charges for 6 months on 14th January itself, I did not hear from you nor did I get any answer from you till today.
Today somebocy calls up and says it will take 5 days for connection and I objected to this treatment and asked them to do it by today or else cancel it. Somebody updated this discussion and told me that a backup team will call.
No body called. SO I called customer care and requested for cancellation of the new connection.
Now that person says that they will cancel it and I will have to wait for 46 days to get my money back. The detail of request is below

Please tell me why it should take so much time and also please arrange for a faster closure of this case as money is not small and I have credited to you Rs 6006 Rs 3 days back without any use, as this is getting me really unhappy with whole of the other services.
