Dear Sir,
Myself Sandesh from Hyderabad and called ur toll free number and spoke to Mr. Shrikant n he took my details n registered my news connection and also said that I will receive message on registered mobile number n I hv received WO No# 1E94M9N9 will be attended in 24 hours but I got a call today from technician and she told me my connection will take some time I.e may 48 hours or more then. I called up customer care n she told not to worry I will get my new connection at the earliest n I again called ur technician dept on mobile no.9505086295 and spoke to Mr. Nithin Chandra (this was the name he gave) and he was very rude n I confronted him and disconnected my call. I have again called customs care toll free number n I was surprised to know if technician cancelled my request for new connection stating my call was not reachable. Is this the service
