Recently Airtel Digital TV implement a new rule of 30 days locking period if new channel add which is not mentioned in TRAI guidelines . As per TRAI guidelines we ,customer have pre- paid fixed monthly amount of Rs.155 and for the other channels customer have the power to choose anytime. When custopays every penny for choosing channels then Why it is mandatory for 30 days lock in periods
