I HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED NEW AIRTEL FIBRE BROADBAND CONNECTION ON MAY 30 ,2020 AT 8.56 AM IT STOPPED WORKING ON JUNE 05,2020 . A COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE WAS RAISED THE SAME DAY AT 7:40 PM WITH A REFERENCE NUMBER 118249958 AND WAS ASSURED OF THE COMPLAINT TO BE ATTENDED NEXT DAY THAT IS SATURDAY JUNE 06,2020. ON MY REMINDER THE NEXT DAY TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CALL CAME TO ME FOR THE ATTENDING OF MY COMPLAINT BY ENGINEER AVESH TIWARI WHO ASSURED ME OF THE COMPLAINT TO BE ATTENDED IN DUE COURSR OF TIME .I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIME BUT TILL DATE MY COMPLAINT IS NOT ATTENDED AS THERE IS URGENCY OF THE BROADBAND DUE TO ONLINE CLASSES OF MY CHILDREN AS THEY ARE MARKED ABSENT KINDLY UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION I AM NOT BLAMING NOR COMPLAINING BUT JUST UNDERSTAND AND FEEL MY SITUATION AND THE URGENCY I AM ALREADY POSTPAID SUBSCRIBER OF YOUR COMPANY USING FAMILY CONNECTION BUT THE AIRTEL NETWORK HERE IS NOT GOOD SO I HAVE TO OPT FOR BROADBAND .
