Hi,

I’m from Ichalkaranji City (Pin Code 416115) and for the past 3-4 months I’ve been trying to get a broadband connection. I’m told to wait for 10-15 days each time I visit the airtel center.

Recently they are saying to pay an extra amount if we want to have a broadband connection. Saying something like they need to add wire for 150m, some other time they say that 300m wire needs to be added.

Please help me to have a broadband connection. I’ve been waiting for more than 4 months now. Previously also for porting mobile numbers we had to pay Rs 300 at airtel center (which should be free).
