I had applied for a new broadband connection on 24th April 2023 and paid Rs. 4000/- for the same.
Received a message on 30th April 2023 that due to feasibility issue in my locality, order is cancelled and refund will be processed soon .
Again , your system or your technical created a new order fiber ID on 1st May 2023. Again this was also cancelled later on 14th May 2023 and received a message saying refund will be processed soon
Today 20th May 2023 when I called your customer care to know the refund status, I was told that again a new fiber order had been created .
This is nothing but delay tactics in processing my refund. I have made many calls to the customer care team , but they are unable to solve the issue . Today they said they have escalated the issue and shared the escalation id : 1-45960533842.
Please, I DO NOT WANT YOUR BROADBAND CONNECTION. Your Local sales / technical team is just playing with my patience.
