I, Dileep Kumar Prasad R/o Flat no 3 B, SFS Wimbledon Skyline, Kowdiar, Trivandrum, kerala- 695003, have been paid a sum of Rs. 2828/- on 29.10.2020 towards installation and advance payment of new broadband connection from Airtel but even after the expiry of more than 10 days the installation has not been done. Everyday when I contact to sales executive he gives assurance but not fulfilled. Hence I request you to kindly intervene into this matter and do the needful.
