With reference to my request of a new prepaid Airtel connection providing 150Gb data at 100 mbps speed @799 i have been given the connection which does not provide the promised speed on regular devices. The vendor at the time of payment or at the time of installation did not intimate about the same. Now, after i lodged a complaint, the provider instructs me to either invest around 3 lakhs to buy Airtel 100Mbps compatible devices or keep working at reduced speed of 5Mbps. I am not at all satisfied with the new connection and i expect to deactivate the connection with a refund of the total amount i paid ie 2828Rs, or provide me with 100mbps speed to all my devices at the earliest.
