Hi, we are an existing airtel broadband customer for over 5 years now. We wanted an additional fibre optic connection. We have made the payment also but now ur sales rep states the payment link is expired when the payment already went through. On top of that moone is willing to do the wiring even when u charge 1000 rs per installation charges. We had to get our electrician to do the wiring. Post which ur sales rep says we have to make another payment because the old one is expired. How can a link on ur own app be expired. We have been following up for a week now without any progress. Hopeless service. Looking forward to some support from ur end. All we are trying is to get a new connection. 2 connections in the same house and airtel doesn’t seem to value their customers or new sales.
