I have applied for New Broadband connection by paying total 1235 rs for which 349 per month plan for 3 months on 19th February 2019 , your Airtel service provider told that the connection will be stated tomorrow or by day after tomorrow by surely and he went off than after calling on 20th the he said yes I m coming in 2 hours but he didn’t came then again I call him he said I coming in 1 hour and I will start your connection anyhow but he didn’t came ..,thi t same thing happened for two days ,he wasted my time ,then I sent a mail to Airtel support they said I need to wait for 48 hours than I came to know what I need to wait for 2 days but as of today 48 hours have been completed successfully , but still I haven’t received a call for connection ,th t support team pretend to understand my situation and said that they will arrange the connection by today , but I didn’t get any call .
