I applied for new fiber broadband connection on 21.08.2021 by paying Rs. 2829/- (For 3 months) and sending all required documents. I received a message with contact no. 8045806146 of Mr. Ankit Joshi and I contacted him regarding new connection on the same day. After it I received call from Mr. Adam khan (9799114284) and he assured me for connection on next day and requested to deposit documents and charges online, which I paid on same day.
But after passing two days, when I did not get connection, I again contacted Mr. Adam Khan, who gave me No. of Sales Manager Mr. Harshit Sharma (9602199080) for further enquiry. When I called Mr. Harshit Sharma on 24.08.2021, he assured me to give appropriate reply on 11.00 hrs. of 25.09.2021, but till now there is no call from him.
In all these 5 days, I feel nobody has bothered regarding my requirement of connection. Nobody is reliable to the company. Being as a reputed company, these people are falling the reputation of the company. All these should be taken up seriously. Really, I feel very bad because by taking my money they engaged me for 6 days to not take connection from other company. My online work was suffered and the goodwill of Airtel company in my vision is down falled.
I hope, this complaint will reach in the hands of company’s responsible person they will look into the matter and I will get better solution in short time.
