I have applied for a new broadband connection on 13-April-21 and I am still waiting for setup.
I did not get any call, email, or message even no one is tried to connect me regarding installation and setup connection.
7 days have been passed but there is no response from your end.
and even I generated a complaint regarding this to customer service and send s email to the nodal officer and 121@airtel but still, the setup is not done.
Every executive officer keeps me in To deceptive situation and told me each time probe will be solved within 24 hours and continuously its hapenning.
Due to this delay, my work was impacted and my job was also in a danger zone because without the internet I cant work.
