Hi
I had requested for new broadband connection 3 weeks back. I submitted all the required documents and Initial payment also done. But till now i didn’t received any connection to my house.
While calling to the office number, they are not answering my calls and very irresponsible.

Below are the few details about the connection

Installation id (not sure) : 66208697

Address: Flat no-404, wing-A, Parkland-2, Kulupwadi, borivali (East), mumbai – 400066.

Please check the above details and made the connection as early as possible.
