Text of Complaint by Nitish Baghla:

It is very clear that I am not going to recommend and use of Airtel anymore. Your people are very careless, immature, irresponsible from their customer perspective. It is very painfull to say that Now Airtel doesn’t need their loyal customer. I have requested the broadband service on 20th May 2019on your website and second day I have received the call from of your Airtel colleague Mukesh kumar from mobile no. +919958016206 for the services in my area. I have submitted all the documents and paid the activation on same day. And promised the connection in 2 hrs. But even now he is not dare to pick my call. It is very unfortunate that this kind of rude behaviour from the Airtel people
I swore I will not recommend the Airtel to any of person on this planet. I wish Airtel can return my money ASAP possible and cancel the request for broadband setup.
