Text of Complaint by Shreyas Hiremath:

I Have been requesting Zest Money customer care and to their support team & sending mails from last 15 days to update my new bank account details, till now 4 time I have sent required documents like old account closure proof, new account bank statement and also a cancelled cheque. Even tried to raise the issue to their nodal officer grievance officer but still no solution provided and reply from any one of them and the new bank account was not updated till date, after every two day the support team ask me to send the same documents again and again. I have also requested them to verify the new bank details through the KYC and zest money can confirm that the provided details are correct and belongs to me only. Even I have informed them that my EMI are due on 5th May and requested them to add the new bank details so that no late payment penalty is charged to me as auto debit will not happen due to old account is been closed. I will not be liable to pay any late fee or penalty due to non-payment of EMI on time and even my cash back amount is also not credited to my bank account as new bank account is still not updated in my zest money account. This was not expected from zest money that they are not in state to provide the solution to their customer. You are wasting my time and money and ZEST Money have to compensate me by any cost
