This is in continuation of my complaints regarding android binge+ box which was installed on 4th August, 2021. This was my third box of tata sky as i have been using 2 HD boxes of tatasky for a long time. We are facing so many technical problems in your android box from the first day it was installed at my place. Even on the day of installation, After 3 to 4 hours, the box stopped working and an error came ” THE SET BOX IS NOT RECEIVING THE SIGNAL’. I called the executive who installed the box and he came but even he did not solve the problem of this box and ultimately he had to bring the box to his tatasky office and after half an hour he came back and the box started working. After 4-5 days. The box again stopped working and the same message appeared on the TV screen. Then on 11th August,2021, I called customer care of tatasky and told them to DEACTIVATE this android box and return back this box and refund my money. The tatasky representative immediately inactive my box but TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM TATASKY’S BACKEND TEAM AS I WAS TOLD THAT BACKEND TEAM WILL CALL ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM. FROM LAST 4 DAYS, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM TATASKY;S REPRESENTATIVE. EVEN I REQUESTED TATASKY TO AGAIN ACTIVE MY ANDROID BOX BUT THEY DENIED THAT AND TOLD ME THAT SOME ERROR OCCURS WHEN THEY TRY TO ACTIVE THIS BOX. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WATCH THE TV SINCE 4-5 DAYS. I AM EXPERIENCING VERY BAD SERVICE FROM TATASKY.HERE IS MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS NUMBER :
