- I bought a brand new AIRTEL number (8866412738) today. i.e. 20th July 2020.
- I sat at the Airtel shop for a hour and half. Waiting for my number to get some, even a hint of network.(that is they said the sign of activation.)
- I went out to have a bite came back after a quarter to an hour. Still no activation.
- The counter boy took out another seal pack sim card and wasted my half an hour once again.
- Handing me over he said, “Now it’ll definitely get activated, AFTER FOUR HOURS.”
- I came home and waited for four more hours.
- And freaking surprise, I haven’t yet got my Sim activated.
- A family member of mine is in hospital right now. Of whom I am the one to take care.
- And I’m supposed to start giving my online lectures by tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
- I brought the card because they promised me the same time activation.
- What should I do? Take care of my sick parent? Look after the only job I could secure during this pandemic? Or keep running to the Company’s store every second hour?
- Is this how you claim, one day we’ll have 00000 complains?
- This is tyranny.
- This is Fraud.
- This is unorganized, evil, planned professional misconception.
