Hi,
I requested for a new Broadband connection. The sales person called and told we can give connection and shared Airtel fibre plans with image of 10 MBPS 6 months 599 plan / 40 MBPS 3 months 699 plan, they collected all details of my house & documents. I paid advanced for 40 MBPS 699 3 months plan and paid in advance 2474. The sales person promised a connection in 3 days. Now the person who is giving the connection is saying you can get only 16 mbps. why should i pay for 40 mbps to get only 16 mbps.
