Update for New Connection Lead ID is 41-303169677
Hi Team,
Can you please check from your end and let me know what is the status of my below New Connection Request. I was informed by customer care that I need to drop a mail to your team for an update on my request. Its been 5 days since request was raised and i was promised that the new connection will be installed by Last Saturday or Monday(i.e. yesterday) but so far no updates on this request which is not acceptable. Please help.
