Hi Team,
In subject mention CAF no 0112401537 applied for a new Broadband connection on date 25/10/2020. and I am not getting proper updates and coordinating with the Airtel team, Sales execute and his manager for a new connection.
Below TT was raised by me for a new connection.
201150723 :- Call back update– but no response.
123770398:- Full activation– TT auto closed without any intimation
123820458:- Full activation– TT auto closed without any intimation
After the 5 days got the confirmation your connection will be Installed at your end by tomorrow.
and after now I got a call from Aortel support, Your location is not feasible and we need to cancel your request.
Now I am very disappointed and feeled cheated by you. Could you please let me know if my location is not feasible in your network then how you booked an order for my broadband connection.
