Hi
I purchased a new airtel sim and by mistakenly done recharge of Rs 249 and Rs 279 but nothing is showing as successfully done.
For recharge of Rs 249, it was showing transaction failed but the amount was debited from my bank. Txn ID: 015713911646. It was done using Bhim UPI
For recharge of Rs 279, it was successfully done but I do not see any balance on my sim card. Txn ID: 2006061035422. It was done using HDFC netbanking.
Kindly resolve my issue and revert the amount to my account
