Text of Complaint by Deepa:

I have requested for a new broadband connection services on 25th March 2020. My eCAF is 0801266306. Airtel executive came to my place and place the order. He suggested me to go for 3 months advance payment which I did that is Rs. 2828. He promised to send the technician within 1 or 2 days. It’s almost 4 days now and I did not receive any updates on the installation.

Today I got message stating ur request could not be processed. When I call the executive who took money for clarification he disconnected the call multiple times and switches off the phone.

As per my knowledge govt has provided permission to provide internet service even during lockdown. I need for work from home however this person does not respond. Trying to connect to 121 but no one is responding even after a wait period of 15 minutes.

Give my money back or give me a connection.
