I booked the flight from Travolook on 12 th and 13 th jan from Raipur to indore with reference ID -REF376910578 The money Rs. 4860 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been more then one month now and more than 35 daysstill there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating.
