Text of Complaint by Avinesh Yadav:

I ordered the kettle on 18 dec 2020 it stopped working within 3-4 months so i placed a request for replacement/repair by call in the month of March 2021. There engineer told me it’s filament is damaged need to be replaced after 7 days i called them they told me due to lockdown they cann’t deliver kettle right now in the month of March and never contacted me back

Placed another request after lockdown in the month of October 2021 by email but nobody contacted me.
