I made orders from my phone on Zomato. After some days I received text from a company called simpl and they you owe me money. I thought I paid from my card. First of all I never knew about this simpl service until I receive text. I put my address and phone number in zomato and they take this info and created a account on my name for their services. I never planned to order food on credit I don’t know how people can steal my info. They keep texting me daily like this is violation and I have to pay them. When I reach out customer service, the response is same copy pasted for anything I write to them. There in email they say if you have any concern login your account using the app link and they give this simpl app. The thing is they steal info and just pay for random people and they say I am their customer. I don’t even know about them till I get text nor I logged in that app after I received response from customer care.
