Dear Club Mahindra Team,
Already sent mail. Why we are cancelling our membership. Don’t pass time & release our refund.
This is my last EMail, If we will not get solution, Will file a case in Consumer Court.
Firstly your Executive Mr. Parsotam & Your Manager Mr. Amit Bhai come & explained about membership.
We were clearly informed that we are going on an International vacation only.
We informed that We plan to Singapore by Mid November & He shown me Park Royal Hotel @ Singapore & Informed that you can book this hotel after pay membership fees.
On him words we pay 100% fees @ Club Mahindra @ same time.
After paying fees, Now asking almost 16,000 per night for same hotel Park Royal – Singapore. If we pay for Hotel, Than why we take membership???
Secondly – He promised me for RCI Membership & shown me RCI Hotel & Resort directory at the time of booking. He Informed me that you can book RCI Hotel & Resort by Club Mahindra holiday exchange.
After 25-28 Days we got RCI Membership & He never informed me that RCI Take too much times.
Now we called to RCI for Booking – RCI told that we have no hotel & resort for Club Mahindra in Singapore.
Both your commitment are wrong & its 100% fraud case.
When we informed everything about your Executives & Manager – They avoid our calls & Now they informed me that you can file a case against company.
Even your Manager Mr. Amit made some promised beyond your company policy & informed that do not disclosed with company.
You can make conference between us.
This is not way to business.
We thought – Mahindra is very reputed company & We will get good service But its very worst experience with you.
If you don’t have a Hotel & Resort in Singapore, you have to informed us. Why you make the wrong commitment for sell your products?
We never given a reference to anyone for buy club Mahindra products.
Now we request you to give us refund 100% our payment as we not booked a single room nor taken any gift from you.
Otherwise will file a court case against your company & Your Manager.
