I am traveling from Chattikara (Mathura) to Gurgaon today by Neugo Bus. The bus left the stipulated place before time. I called the bus and asked him to stop multiple times as I was right behind it but he made me chase the bus for more than 30 kms. I am alone female travelling. And I was right behind the bus. I usually don’t face this particular problem with the bus because I am a regular traveler and I travel 4-6 times in this bus in a month but the bus with the conductor named Pawan Kumar Tomar usually harasses me. Earlier also in the past when I traveled in this bus, he insisted me to change my seat and sit somewhere else when I always book my ticket way ahead of time and pay extra for the window seat but he still harasses me. Not just that his behavior is really very poor. I have been traveling with this bus since the last six months and I have never faced any problem with any conductor or driver. And as a peaceful passenger, I do not like to be interacted with but this one always misbehave and forces me every time to give him five star. My drop is usually last as I get down at iffco chowk and he keeps irritating me to give the travel 5 stars. He does with others also but specially he makes it a special assignment to irritate me. I have always given positive feedback to this bus in the past but today’s behavior has made me really upset and I am really very exhausted. Even the live tracking was not working exact. I was finding it difficult to find where the bus was and when I was asking him. He was making fun of me saying it is right ahead. He made me chase the bus for such a long distance. I was chasing the bus on scooty.
