I have booked the seat from ludhiana to delhi. The pickk up time was 11 am on 2 july 2023, but at 11 am they called and said that the bus is delayed by half an hour, but the bus didn’t turn up even at 12 noon.
I have called 6 times to customer care and they told me to wait that the bus will come and the driver will call the passengers himself. But on last call the customer care shweta told me that the local bus has picked up the passengers and left from ludhiana.
I was standing at the pick up point till 12:30 noon and i didn’t get any call from the driver.
What kind of behaviour was that.
I am raising this complaint to claim my full refund and additional charges of 500rs which I had paid to auto driver.
