Respected sir
My name is Nitish Kumar , a customer of your telecom company Airtel . I have been trying to contact you for a long time as my complaint is not been resolved since one and a half months. When I tried to contact your employees on 121 and asked them the contact no. of the nodal officer they gave me a fake one . Even the nodal office gave fake promises and even the senior executives and the supervisors were the same . When tried to contact the employees they disconnected the call and didn’t even tried to contact me again . All of them just sang one thing to give them more time . They even disconnected my services . I had only one thing to do from this device that was calling that too was disconnected , I was not even able to contact 121 It was saying that ‘ your services have been discontinued ‘. If you have been in my shoes you would have gone nuts . Only on the nights I’m able to use the internet that is also after 12 am . I have almost dozens of registered complaints in your customer care from the 3rd of April . I know that it is difficult during this pandemic but it was before lockdown when I started complaining but no response was from your side . 3 days ago your supervisor told that my issue would be resolved but now I’m typing a complaint here . Is it wrong with me or your service portal that my complaint is not resolved . Even after all this they are asking me to pay 800rs just for using nothing . I have been mentally harassed by disconnecting my call and by faking the time slots . Even the employees promised me that they would call me again regarding my problem but till date I have not received any call from your employees .
I hope your try to resolve my problem and I need a email and call from your side . And a compensation amount for mentally harassing me by disconnecting by calls and by faking the time slots by many days . Other wise I would have to take some legal steps regarding your company . It’s just the appellate authority next is the consumer forum .
