I am very much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. The internet speed I receive is very low and I am not able to meet my daily activities due to this. I checked the internet speed using a third party online speed check provider. The speed which showed was 0.11 Mbps download and 1.10 Mbps upload. They claim in their website that they are the fastest internet providers, but in my place BSNL, which offers 3G service, has more speed that Vi network. There are two Vi connections in my home. One is in my mobile and other in a wifi hotspot device(E5573s-856). In my mobile, most of the time “E” signal is showing instead of 4G, whereas in hotspot device, 4G is showing in full, but speed is very very low. I feel like cheated for the money I pay for getting internet.
First I tried to complaint in their website and by calling 198, but the process for complaining is very lengthy and waste of time like waiting for google website to open with a Vi network. That is why I came here to complaint.
These network issues started to show in last two months only. Before that the network was working fine.
