Sir, I am an Airtel customer for one year. I have been a Jio customer. Since I did not get proper network, I had switched to Airtel network. But here also I am using 2G with only the name 5G. I have complained to customer care many times but they promised to fix it for me. But I have not been able to use it so far. I have again complained to customer care But they close the complaint themselves without informing me in customer care, if asked, they tell you that the network has been fixed, but if I ask you to close me after informing me, they say that we will not give anything. I am not able to complain again and again. Take the flower complaint history with me. If I file the complaint, it will be fixed in 4 hours. They say Every time they say wait for 48 hours. I am also recharging in this. I am not able to use it cleanly. If you ask this, they say that you are using it. If you ask if you can not use it, they answer sarcastically. You are the one who is using it. I am recharging. Will you extend the plan for it? Even if I file a complaint with customer care, they take a week to take the complaint and again after three or four days from the date of filing the complaint, they are shown to have closed it, but after a week she will see that it has been closed after two days. If you ask this, the complaint you have given in your area has been corrected. I have not been informed yet, so I am requested to increase the speed of the 5G network.
