I am IT Professional from Hyderabad, working from home since the Day 1 of Lockdown from MAr 2020, holding an Airtel Broadband Connection (04040192324_ap) with a speed of 40 MBPS. I have requesting for a upgrade on my Connection to XStream Fibre having 100 MBPS as my current connection is enough in terms of bandwidth to carry out my regular office work. I have contacted customer care many time in the past 1 year and everytime I hear that it will take two more months and till date, haven’t been able to upgrade my plan.
