Text of Complaint by Sundararasu Chinnathambi:

I have created a complaint 31-3631560681735 on 21st May 2021, Till today (11/06/2021) no option of found to solve an issue.

But if I can to 121 OR appellate team, they says network issue will be there for long time we dont have any timeline to fix it but if the bill is created you have to pay.

 

Problem: I opted for 4G network and now i get .6 mbps , but I have to pay a bill.

It is ok if the issue is solved, but Airtel dont have timeline but till then i have to pay a bill.

If infrastructure is down and not support for the 4G speed and Airtel holds this SR with them without any resolution, Why customer has to pay for it ?

 

this issue is not only for one sim, in my area many people has complaints the same.
