Dear Sir,
I am using Idea Cellular in Sultanate of Oman from last four years. My all the Banking networks, Aadhaar & other online services are linked with this Sim. From Oct-19 onwards, my sim is not latching in Oman with any network. Lot of emails & complaints lodged, but only similar answer that they are not having tie-up in Oman.
Lot of idea messages, emails & screenshots forwarded to Idea Cellular regarding their services till Oct, but after that also not giving satisfactory result.
Only false statements given by Idea Cellular till now. Same problem also faced earlier, but resolved by idea.
Please do needful.
