Hi,

I am facing issue with network from 6 months onwards. when i call for customer care issue is resolved from network but no issue is resolved and they just putting work Optimization done.

Airtel is charging equal charges to everyone but the frequency is different from place to place, fooling every customer.

I have been contacting customer care every month but issue is not resolved they just bluffing issue resolved.so please take necessary action with high importance.
