I bought a Jio data pack 10 days ago and I deeply regret it. The network is completely unavailable in the area I’m staying, and now it’s not working at all. It’s really disappointing. I also tried reaching Jio customer care but couldn’t get through. Very poor experience. They push customers to get their pack continuously, but the after effect of going after their service is tiring.
