I live in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh and for the past few months have noticed that the Airtel service has gone so down that it has become pointless to recharge it. I have been using your network service for many years and now I am finally considering changing network because of the bad service. Please solve the poor network issue soon or else you will have many customers change their service.
