It’s been over six months when i first joined airtel network and i haven’t been satisfied ever since. Notification bar always show strong signal and internet but as soon as i start surfing it goes down.
Main problem is that signal is always fluctuating (turn on and off automatically every 5 second) that makes browsing and online gaming almost impossible for me.
In the first 2 months only i had already called costumer care over 30-40 times but everytime the answer was same: “Minor technical difficulties are being solved and services will resume in 4 days” but of course it never did.
I’ve already been stuck in situations when i have to borrow someone else’s phone because mine won’t work. Please look into my problem and I’m hoping for a quick response.
