Dear Sir,

I, Raja Banerjee, resident of Bardhaman District, West Bengal, bearing your connection with Moble No. 9932149256 & 9933562160 from last 10 years. This is very unfortunate to inform you that your network is very poor in my home, Kumar Para, Kalanabagram, Bardhaman-713124, from last couple of months. Even your signal strength is very poor so that I can’t use internet properly, can’t listen properly when calling. Even I’ve change my  hand set also, but result is same. I’ve complaint to your customer care several times, but they did nothing.

Now I want to ask you that whether you look after on this matter or I would port my these numbers to another network i.e. Reliance Jio.
