From 2nd may 2021, I’m facing some network issue(roaming issue) in my area(merapani, 785705). I called customer service and registered complain three times about the issue but the problem isn’t solved yet. My entire family use airtel service and it’s very fustrating that customer services are not even try to solve the problem at all.

When i’m complained for the first time, they gave a time limit (10may), and told after it’ll be solved. But after that it’s becoming more worst. Again i complained about it and the customer services not even trying to understand my problem. They told me that i don’t have to complain about it, they just fixed it and will notify me soon. But unfortunately that “day” never came yet.

I’m using airtel from 2014(maybe 2013) and my entire family now using airtel(our digital tv connection is also airtel). We are very loyal to airtel, but now they don’t even care about us. I’m very very disappointed.

I’m working as a freelancer, but in this month the bad network connection affect me very badly. I just lost more than 60$ till now(it’s a big amount for me).

I just don’t know what to do now. Please help me if you can.?
