I am a verg old customer of airtel.. I am using airtel netowk for the past 10 years.. I had converted my Sim 3G to 4G.. From that date to till now.. I am facing n number of complaints. My network is often disconnected and I am not getting 4G services.. The network speed is very slow that you could possibly imagine.. I am a very loyal customer. And I have made complaints regarding over phone many times.. No proper action taken.. No proper customer services.. They always say they look into it..at the end nothing happend my issue persists.. Since I am using this number for complete 10 years.. This number is my 1st point of contact.. I don’t have an option to change this also.. So I would like to get my issue resolved ASAP.. Please do the needful..
